My family and I have made it a priority to rid ouselves of the stress in our lives, and we're starting with the needless stress that comes from constantly overspending.  We want to start saving for an emergency fund, our retirement, and our children's education (and maybe have another baby or two!), but we can't do that until we change our poor financial choices.

I started this blog because I just know there are families struggling just like we are, and my hope is to inspire them to make better financial decisions, just like all my readers inspire me to keep going.  It is a long road to financial freedom, and it's amazingly helpful to have company along the way.
